Steps
- Activate Devoted Druid's first ability by tapping it.
- Activate Devoted Druid's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
- Hapatra triggers, creating a creature token.
- When the creature token enters, Elegant Entourage triggers, giving Devoted Druid +1/+1 until end of turn.
- Resolve the Devoted Druid ability from step 2, untapping it.
- Repeat.
