How it works
Prerequisites
- At least one creature has died this turn.
- You have enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable.
Steps
- Cast Nevinyrral either from your hand or the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
- Nevinyrral enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Cloudstone Curio.
- Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
- Resolve the Nevinyrral trigger, creating a tapped 2/2 Zombie creature token for each creature that has died this turn.
- Each Zombie enters the battlefield, triggering Cloudstone Curio that many times.
- Resolve the first Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning Nevinyrral to your hand from the battlefield.
- Resolve each remaining Cloudstone Curio trigger, choosing to return nothing to your hand from the battlefield.
- Repeat.
