How it works
Prerequisites
- You control up to five lands that can tap to produce at least .
Steps
- Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least .
- Cast Peregrine Drake by paying plus an additional for its offspring cost.
- When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers twice and Cloudstone Curio triggers once.
- Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning nothing to your hand.
- Resolve the first Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping up to five lands.
- Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least .
- Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, creating a token copy of it that is 1/1.
- When the Peregrine Drake token enters the battlefield, it and Cloudstone Curio trigger.
- Resolve the Cloudstone Curio trigger, returning the nontoken Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
- Resolve the Peregrine Drake token's trigger, untapping up to five lands.
- Repeat.
