Steps

1. 1Cast Baral's Expertise by paying .
2. 2Holding priority, cast Lutri by paying its mana cost plus commander tax, if applicable.
3. 3When Lutri enters, it triggers, copying Baral's Expertise, targeting Lutri.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Baral's Expertise, returning Lutri from the battlefield to your hand, and casting Lutri from your hand without paying its mana cost.
5. 5Repeat from step 3.
