Steps

1. 1Play Azorius Chancery.
2. 2When Azorius Chancery enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. 4Holding priority, activate Penance by putting Azorius Chancery from your hand onto the top of your library.
5. 5Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, causing you to scry 1, ensuring to leave Azorius Chancery on top of your library.
6. 6Galadriel triggers, putting Azorius Chancery from the top of your library onto the battlefield tapped.
7. 7Repeat from step 2.
