Steps

1. 1Play Dimir Aqueduct.
2. 2When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. 4Holding priority, activate Penance by putting Dimir Aqueduct from your hand onto the top of your library.
5. 5Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, causing you to scry 1, ensuring to leave Dimir Aqueduct on top of your library.
6. 6Galadriel triggers, putting Dimir Aqueduct from the top of your library onto the battlefield tapped.
7. 7Repeat from step 2.
