Steps

1. 1Play Boros Garrison.
2. 2When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield, it and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. 4Holding priority, activate Penance by putting Boros Garrison from your hand onto the top of your library.
5. 5Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, causing you to scry 1, ensuring to leave Boros Garrison on top of your library.
6. 6Galadriel triggers, putting Boros Garrison from the top of your library onto the battlefield tapped.
7. 7Repeat from step 2.
