- Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Karmic Guide
- When Karmic Guide dies, Saffi triggers, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- When Karmic Guide enters, it triggers, returning Saffi from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
- Repeat.
