Steps

1. 1Cast Endless One by paying .
2. 2Endless One enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness, triggering Mortuary and Weatherlight Compleated.
3. 3Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Endless One from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. 4Resolve the Weatherlight Compleated trigger, causing you to put a phyresis counter on it and draw a card, thus drawing Omarthis from your library.
5. 5Repeat.
