Steps

1. 1Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Slurrk.
2. 2When Slurrk dies, its innate ability and persist ability trigger.
3. 3Resolve Slurrk's innate ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control that already has a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. 4Resolve Slurrk's persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters on it due to its replacement effect.
5. 5Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
6. 6Repeat.
