Steps

1. 1Cast Etali by paying .
2. 2When Etali enters the battlefield, it triggers.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Etali.
4. 4When Etali dies Mortuary triggers, putting Etali on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. 5Resolve the Viscera Seer ability from Step 3, keeping Etali on the top of your library.
6. 6Resolve the Etali trigger from step 2, causing you to exile cards from each player's library until you exile a nonland card, with you exiling Etali from your library.
7. 7Cast Etali and any other nonland cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
8. 8Repeat from Step 2.
