Steps

1. 1Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Hancock
2. 2When Hancock dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. 3Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
4. 4Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Hancock
5. 5When Hancock dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
6. 6Hancock enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness. Its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
7. 7Resolve the Viscera Seer ability from step 4.
8. 8Repeat from step 4.
