Steps

1. 1Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it.
2. 2Holding priority, activate the mana-producing permanents by tapping them, adding at least .
3. 3Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Teferi's ability.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Teferi's ability, untapping The Peregrine Dynamo and the mana producing artifact/land, and causing you to gain two life.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
