Steps

1. 1Activate Gideon's first loyalty ability by putting two loyalty counters on it.
2. 2Holding priority, activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least .
3. 3Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying and tapping it, copying Gideon's ability.
4. 4Resolve the copy of Gideon's ability, untapping all creatures you control and giving them +1/+1 until end of turn.
5. 5Repeat from step 2.
