Prerequisites

• It is an opponent's turn.
• You control at least one additional creature.

Steps

1. 1During an opponent's turn, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding .
2. 2Kels triggers, and The Watcher in the Water's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle.
3. 3Resolve the Watcher in the Water trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
4. 4Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay to draw a card.
5. 5The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
6. 6Repeat.
