Steps

1. 1Activate Ba Sing Se's second ability by paying and tapping it, earthbending Aeon Engine, as it's a land due to Toph.
2. 2Activate Aeon Engine by tapping and exiling it.
3. 3Ba Sing Se triggers, returning Aeon Engine from exile to the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the Aeon Engine ability, reversing the turn order.
5. 5At the beginning of your end step, Toph and Wilderness Reclamation trigger.
6. 6Resolve the Toph trigger, earthbending Aeon Engine.
7. 7Resolve the Wilderness Reclamation trigger, untapping all lands you control.
8. 8Pass the turn to an opponent.
9. 9During the opponent's turn, activate Aeon Engine by tapping and exiling it.
10. 10Toph triggers, returning Aeon Engine from exile to the battlefield.
11. 11Resolve the Aeon Engine ability, reversing the turn order.
12. 12Repeat during your next turn
