• You have a way to place a counter on a permanent or player.

Steps

1. 1Activate Zur by paying , causing All Will Be One to become an enchantment creature.
2. 2Place a counter on a permanent or player.
3. 3All Will Be One triggers, dealing 1 damage to an opponent and causing you to gain 1 life.
4. 4Voice of the Blessed triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
5. 5Repeat from step 3.

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature
• Infinite damage
• Infinite lifegain
• Infinite lifegain triggers
