How it works

The number of cards in library is greater than each opponent's life total.
Ophidian Eye attached to Glint-Horn Buccaneer.

Steps

Activate Ghostly Pilferer by discarding a card.
Glint-Horn Buccaneer triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent.
Ophidian Eye triggers for each opponent dealt damage.
Resolve one trigger, causing you to draw a card.
Holding priority, repeat.
Repeat.
