Steps

1. 1Cast Elvish Visionary by paying .
2. 2Elvish Visionary enters the battlefield, triggering its ability.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Elvish Visionary.
4. 4Elvish Visionary dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Elvish Visionary on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. 5Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. 6Resolve the Elvish Visionary trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Elvish Visionary from the top of your library.
7. 7Repeat.
