Steps

1. 1Cast Council of Advisors by paying .
2. 2Council of Advisors enters the battlefield, triggering its ability.
3. 3Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Council of Advisors.
4. 4Council of Advisors dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Council of Advisors on top of your library from your graveyard.
5. 5Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. 6Resolve the Council of Advisors trigger from step 2, causing you to draw Council of Advisors from the top of your library.
7. 7Repeat.
