Steps

1. 1Cast False Dawn by paying .
2. 2Activate Component Pouch's second ability by tapping it, causing you to roll a d20 and put at least one component counter on it.
3. 3Activate Filigree Sages by paying , or by paying due to False Dawn, untapping Component Pouch.
4. 4Activate Component Pouch's first ability by tapping it and removing a component counter from it, adding which can be spent as mana of any color due to False Dawn.
5. 5Activate Filigree Sages by paying , untapping Component Pouch.
6. 6Repeat from step 2.
7. 7Once you have infinite component counters on Component Pouch, you may forego steps 2 and 3 to get infinite colored mana.
