Steps

1. 1Cast Grave Sifter for its evoke cost by paying .
2. 2When Grave Sifter enters, its first ability and evoke abilities trigger, as well as Mana Echoes.
3. 3Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding for each creature you control that shares a creature type with Grave Sifter.
4. 4Resolve the Grave Sifter trigger, optionally returning a card from your graveyard to your hand.
5. 5Resolve the evoke trigger, sacrificing Grave Sifter.
6. 6When Grave Sifter dies, Ashling triggers, creating a token copy of Grave Sifter with haste.
7. 7When the Grave Sifter token enters, it and Mana Echoes trigger.
8. 8Resolve the Grave Sifter token's trigger, returning Grave Sifter from your graveyard to your hand.
9. 9Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding for each creature you control that shares a creature type with the Grave Sifter token.
10. 10Repeat.
