Prerequisites
- Rasputin Dreamweaver has at least three dream counters on him.
Steps
- Remove all dream counters from Rasputin to add that much .
- Pay to activate Emiel, exiling Rasputin and returning him to the battlefield with seven dream counters.
- Repeat.
