Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rograkh, adding .
- When Rograkh dies, Mortuary and Kels trigger.
- Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Rograkh on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay to draw Rograkh from the top of your library.
- Cast Rograkh by paying .
- Repeat.
