Steps
- Cast Lightwheel Enhancements either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying , attaching it to Rograkh.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Rograkh, adding .
- When Rograkh dies, Koll triggers, returning Rograkh from your graveyard to your hand.
- Cast Rograkh by paying .
- Repeat.
