Steps
- Cast Planewide Celebration by paying , Proliferating Magistrate's Scepter and Tamiyo four times.
- Activate Tamiyo's second ability by removing three loyalty counters to return Planewide Celebration from your graveyard to your hand.
- Activate Magistrate's Scepter by tapping it and removing three charge counters, taking an extra turn after this one.
- Pass the turn.
- Repeat.
