Steps

1. 1Cast Bloodline Necromancer by paying .
2. 2When Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, it and Molten Echoes trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Bloodline Necromancer trigger, returning a Vampire or Wizard creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. 4Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodline Necromancer.
5. 5Resolve the Molten Echoes trigger, creating a token copy of Bloodline Necromancer with haste.
6. 6When the token Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning the nontoken Bloodline Necromancer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. 7Repeat from step 2.
