Steps

1. 1Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Wakandan Royal Guard.
2. 2When Wakandan Royal Guard dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. 3When Wakandan Royal Guard enters, it triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. 4Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
5. 5Repeat.
