Steps
- Cast Sword of the Meek by paying .
- When Sword of the Meek enters, Grinding Station and Barret's first ability trigger.
- Resolve the Grinding Station trigger, untapping it.
- Holding priority, activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
- Resolve the Barret trigger, creating a 2/2 Rebel creature token and a 1/1 Frog creature token due to Quina.
- When the Frog enters, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Frog.
- Repeat from step 2.
