Steps

1. 1Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. 2At the beginning of your end step, Soulherder's second ability triggers, blinking Halo-Charged Skaab.
3. 3Halo-Charged Skaab and Soulherder's first ability triggers.
4. 4Resolve the Soulherder trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. 5Resolve the Halo-Charged Skaab trigger, causing each player to mill two cards and put Capture of Jingzhou on top of your library from your graveyard.
6. 6Move to your next durn, drawing Capture of Jingzhou during your draw step.
7. 7Repeat.
