Steps
- Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
- At the beginning of your end step, Conjurer's Closet triggers, blinking Halo-Charged Skaab.
- When Halo-Charged Skaab enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing each player to mill two cards and put Temporal Manipulation on top of your library from your graveyard.
- Move to your next durn, drawing Temporal Manipulation during your draw step.
- Repeat.
