How it works
Prerequisites
- Nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least .
Steps
- Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least .
- Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
- Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying .
- Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
- Activate Twinning Glass by paying and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost.
- Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
- Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least .
- Repeat from step 4.
