Steps

2. 2Kaya's Ghostform and Pitiless Plunderer triggers.
3. 3Resolve the Kaya's Ghostform's trigger, returning Muldrotha to the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer's trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5. 5Resolve the Altar of Dementia's ability, causing target player to mill six cards.
6. 6Activate Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
7. 7Cast Kaya's Ghostform from your graveyard by paying , targeting Muldrotha.
