Steps

1. 1Activate Zedruu by paying , giving control of Notion Thief to the next opponent in turn order.
2. 2During that opponent's draw step, they draw a card.
3. 3Consecrated Sphinx triggers, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
4. 4Consecrated Sphinx triggers twice.
5. 5Resolve the first trigger, causing the opponent to draw two cards due to Notion Thief.
6. 6Repeat from step 4 until the opponent loses the game due to drawing from an empty library.
7. 7When the opponent loses the game, you regain control of Notion Thief.
8. 8Activate Zedruu by paying , giving control of Notion Thief to an opponent.
9. 9Resolve a Consecreated Sphinx trigger, causing the opponent who controls Notion Thief to draw two cards.
10. 10Repeat from step 4.
