Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Nevinyrral, adding .
2. 2When Nevinyrral dies, its second ability and Nim Deathmantle trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Nevinyrral trigger, choosing not to pay.
4. 4Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay to return Nevinyrral to the battlefield from your graveyard, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
5. 5When Nevinyrral enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a tapped 2/2 Zombie creature token for each creature that has died this turn.
6. 6Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Zombie tokens, adding .
7. 7Repeat.
