Steps

1. 1During your end step, activate Ugin's Nexus by paying and sacrificing it.
2. 2Ugin's Nexus is exiled instead of being put into your graveyard, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. 3Esoteric Duplicator and Senator Peacock trigger.
4. 4Resolve the Esoteric Duplicator trigger, causing you to pay to create a token copy of Ugin's Nexus at the beginning of your next end step.
5. 5Resolve the Senator Peacock trigger, targeting itself.
6. 6Resolve the Ugin's Nexus ability, causing you to draw a card.
7. 7Move to your extra turn.
8. 8At the beginning of your end step, Esoteric Duplicator triggers, creating a token copy of Ugin's Nexus.
9. 9Repeat.
