Utopia Sprowl attached to a basic Forest you control.
"Blue" chosen with Utopia Sprawl.
Clever Conjurer does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

Activate the Forest with Utopia Sprowl attached, adding at least .
Utopia Sprowl triggers, adding .
Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, untapping the land.
Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying , untapping Clever Conjurer.
Repeat.
