Steps

Activate Clever Conjurer by tapping it, targeting Second Wind.
Clever Conjurer triggers, causing you to loot.
Resolve the Clever Conjurer ability, untapping Second Wind.
Activate Second Wind's second ability by tapping it, untapping Clever Conjurer.
Repeat.
