Steps

1. 1Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Rampant Rejuvenator.
2. 2When Rampant Rejuvenator dies, it's innate ability and persist ability each trigger.
3. 3Resolve the trigger from Rampant Rejuvenator's innate ability, allowing you to search your library for a number of basic land cards and put them onto the battlefield.
4. 4Resolve the persist trigger, returning Rampant Rejuvenator from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to its replacement effect.
5. 5Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
6. 6Repeat.
