Steps

1. 1Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Narcomoeba.
2. 2When Narcomoeba dies, Selhoff Occultist and Mortuary trigger.
3. 3Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Narcomoeba from your graveyard on top of your library.
4. 4Resolve the Selhoff Occultist trigger, causing you to mill Narcomoeba from the top of your library.
5. 5Narcomoeba triggers, putting it from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
6. 6Resolve the Viscera Seer ability from step 1, causing you to scry 1.
7. 7Repeat.
