Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Vesperlark.
2. 2When Vesperlark dies, it triggers, returning Activated Sleeper from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Vesperlark.
3. 3Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Activated Sleeper.
4. 4When Activated Sleeper dies, it triggers, returning Activated Sleeper from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Vesperlark.
5. 5Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Activated Sleeper's power.
6. 6Repeat from step 3.
