Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Angelic Quartermaster.
Angelic Quartermaster enters the battlefield, putting two +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite and any other creature you control.
Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding that can only be used to activate abilities.
Repeat.
