Steps

1. 1Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Putrid Goblin.
2. 2When Putrid Goblin dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. 3Resolve the Woe Strider ability.
4. 4Activate Woe Strider by sacrificing Putrid Goblin.
5. 5When Putrid Goblin dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. 6Resolve the Woe Strider ability.
7. 7Repeat.
