Steps

1. 1Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing God-Eternal Rhonas.
2. 2God-Eternal Rhonas dies, triggering itself and Verdant Succession.
3. 3Resolve the God-Eternal Rhonas trigger, putting it into your library third from the top.
4. 4Resolve the Verdant Succession trigger, searching your library for God-Eternal Rhonas, putting it onto the battlefield and shuffling your library.
5. 5God-Eternal Rhonas enters the battlefield, doubling the power of each other creature you control and giving them vigilance until end of turn.
6. 6Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to God-Eternal Rhonas's power.
7. 7Repeat.
