Steps

1. 1Activate Food Chain by exiling Nadier, adding seven that can only be spent on creature spells.
2. 2Choose to put Nadier from exile into the command zone.
3. 3Nadier's second ability triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Elf tokens equal to its power.
4. 4Cast Nadier by paying plus commander tax.
5. 5Activate Food Chain by exiling a 1/1 Elf token, adding that can only be spent on creature spells.
6. 6Nadier triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
7. 7Repeat from step 5 until you control no Elf tokens.
8. 8Repeat.
9. 9Once you have infinite mana, you may repeat without exiling the tokens.
