Steps

1. 1Remve a +1/+1 counter from Deathbringer Thoctar, targeting a creature an opponent controls.
2. 2That creature triggers, causing its controller to sacrifice it.
3. 3Deathbringer Thoctar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
4. 4Repeat.

Effects

• Destroy all creatures opponents control
• Destroy each creature that enters the battlefield under an opponent's control
• Lock
