Steps

2. 2If you have fewer than three experience counters, Mizzix triggers, causing you to get an experience counter.
3. 3Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying at most .
4. 4If you have fewer than three experience counters, Mizzix triggers, causing you to get an experience counter.
5. 5Resolve Reiterate, creating a copy of Seething Song and returning Reiterate to your hand.
6. 6Resolve the Seething Song copy, adding .
7. 7Repeat from step 3.
