Steps

1. 1Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Valiant Changeling.
2. 2When Valiant Changeling dies, Orah triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. 3When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Valiant Changeling from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 7 life.
4. 4Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
5. 5When Sister Hospitaller dies, Orah triggers, allowing you to return a Cleric with mana value 5 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6. 6Repeat.
