Steps

1. 1Cast Leveler by paying
2. 2When Leveler enters the battlefield, it and Canoptek Spyder trigger.
3. 3Resolve Leveler's ability, exiling your library.
4. 4Resolve Canoptek Spyder's trigger, returning Necron Deathmark from your graveyard to the battlefield with Out of the Tombs instead of drawing a card.
5. 5When Necron Deathmark enters the battlefield, it and Canoptek Spyder trigger.
6. 6Resolve Necron Deathmark's ability, destroying itself and causing target player to mill three cards.
7. 7Repeat from step 4.
