How it works
Prerequisites
- An opponent has at least eight cards in their graveyard.
Steps
- Cast Leveler by paying .
- When Leveler enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling your library.
- Activate Merfolk Windrobber by sacrificing it, causing you to return Merfolk Windrobber from your graveyard to the battlefield due to Out of the Tombs.
- Repeat step 3.
